Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for:

• Size change
• Color change
• Damaged product
• Wrong product, size, or color received

⚠️ A flat ₹200 logistics & handling fee applies for customer-requested size or color exchanges.

✅ No charges apply if Gentswag shipped the wrong product, size, or color, or if the item arrived damaged.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product because you do not like it, changed your mind, or are unsatisfied for personal reasons, a flat ₹200 logistics & handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept:

• Products returned after 7 days
• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Products without tags or original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery and share photos for verification.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
